Elate Product Roundup: Fall 2026

Elate Product Roundup: Fall 2026

October 26, 2026

Fall is here, bringing cooler mornings, changing colors, and without question the busiest season for strategy leaders and executive teams as they turn their attention to 2027. As calendars fill up with strategic planning sessions and year-end priorities, many organizations are balancing the same challenge: finishing this year strong while setting the next one up for success.

Over the past few months at Elate, we’ve been busy building to help you do both. This season’s updates are all about giving your team a clearer picture of the work ahead, while also making it easier to keep strategy connected to the tools you use every day.

First up, we’re excited to introduce Timeline View, a new way to see how your strategy unfolds over time. Get a clear picture of your priorities, identify where work overlaps, and understand how it all fits together as you turn next year’s plans into action.

We’re also unveiling two highly anticipated additions: our MCP Server and Public API. Together, they connect the strategic context in Elate with the AI tools, data, and systems your teams already rely on. More on those in a bit.

Grab a warm cup of coffee (or tea!), and let’s take a look at what’s new.

Timeline View: A clearer look at your priorities and what lies ahead.

Elate brings your strategy out of spreadsheets, decks, and disconnected tools and into one unified view. And recently, we’ve really wanted to lean into how we make that unified view as actionable as possible.

Thanks to feedback from customers and prospects, we saw an opportunity to make it even easier to see how strategic priorities fit together over time in Elate.

Enter Timeline View: a simple, intuitive way to visualize what initiatives are being prioritized when, where work overlaps, and what’s coming next.

Your organization’s priorities don’t happen in isolation. Growth initiatives, operational improvements, and new technology projects often rely on many of the same teams. Seeing that work together helps leaders identify competing demands, consider resource constraints, and understand the dependencies that could affect timing.

With that context in mind, your team can make more informed decisions about what to prioritize, what to sequence differently, and where trade-offs are needed to keep your strategy moving forward.

From filtering by date range, Owner, Team, or Status to zooming out and looking at multi-year horizons, Timeline View gives leaders a simple, intuitive way to understand what’s being prioritized and the sequential order in which that work will take place.

MCP Server: Your strategy connected to the AI tools you already use.

Elate provides a unified view of your organization’s strategy, connecting past decisions, current priorities, and future direction.

By bringing together strategic intent, assumptions, objectives, ownership, dependencies, progress, risks, and outcomes, Elate creates a shared strategic memory. That record preserves not just what your organization is doing, but why.

This context helps leaders make better decisions, adjust priorities, and get more relevant, actionable insights from AI.

As one Chief Strategy Officer shared with our CEO:

"Just because our team is using AI to automate workstreams being tracked in our Project Management tool, it doesn't mean those are the right workstreams. It's like our team was driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 30 mph. Now with AI, they are still driving the wrong way, but they are going 90 mph instead of 30. We're going faster, but on the wrong things."

Which is why we’re excited to announce that Elate now serves as an MCP Server, connecting to your team’s AI platform of choice to provide more context and connect everyday work with strategic priorities.

Your AI assistant is only as useful as the context provided to it. With Elate’s MCP Server, tools like Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT can connect directly to your organization’s strategic priorities, ownership, progress, and risks. From driving growth and improving operational efficiency to expanding into new markets, you now have the capability to create custom visualizations and surface insights that drive action.

That means your leadership team can ask questions like “Which growth initiatives need our attention?” or “What’s putting our strategic goals at risk?” without manually gathering updates across departments or re-explaining your plan. Elate’s AI-native Strategy Advisor draws on your organization’s strategic memory to understand context, surface priorities, and guide where to focus next. Our MCP Server brings that understanding and direction into the AI tools your team already uses, grounding the conversation in your strategy.

You can also leverage the connection between Elate and your AI tools to elevate reporting and create stronger visualizations. Far too often, leaders get stuck in PowerPoint slides updating manual graphs and charts because operating outcomes and strategic performance live across countless sources. By creating a strategic memory that lives in Elate, organizations can now save hours creating reports directly in their LLM through the connection with Elate.

At Elate, we are all for driving more value out of existing platforms, while meeting employees where they already work.

Public API: Your strategy and data, more meaningful together.

For most organizations, strategy and execution data do not live in a single platform.

Often the strategy itself lives fragmented across PowerPoints, spreadsheets, board decks, meeting notes, email chains, and individual leaders’ heads. Further, the data needed to track execution of the strategy lives in a host of other tools.

Many organizations have opted to consolidate their KPIs and metrics into a single source by leveraging tools like Snowflake or Databricks.

However, when the strategy lives in PowerPoint and KPIs live in a data lake, it naturally creates a disconnect.

Which is why we’ve introduced our Public API: to connect what’s happening across the organization to what you’re doing about it.

With the release of our Public API, organizations can connect their data lake directly with Elate to bring performance data and strategic context together. Rather than living in two disconnected tools, a unified view helps leadership teams understand where results are falling short, what’s being done, and what to prioritize next.

And for the data teams and IT departments out there, this release only amplifies the work done to stand up these data repositories by connecting results with strategic direction.

Strategy sets the direction. Execution moves you forward.

As your organization puts the finishing touches on its 2027 strategic plan, the focus shifts to bringing it to life. That means turning priorities into coordinated work across departments, giving teams clear ownership, and creating an operating rhythm to review progress and adjust along the way.

Our latest releases are built to support that transition. The Fall Product Release helps organizations:

  • See how work fits together with a clear, intuitive view of priorities and timelines.
  • Bring strategic memory into everyday work by connecting the AI tools teams already use to the priorities, progress, and decisions captured in Elate.
  • Connect KPIs with strategic context to understand performance alongside the work driving it.

If you’re focused on helping your team turn its 2027 plan into meaningful progress, we’d love to show you what we are building and talk about what’s next. You can request a demo, or reach out to your account team if you’re already a customer.
