Strategic Plan Activation Review Terms

These terms apply to Elate's Strategic Plan Activation Review.
Purpose of the Review
The Strategic Plan Activation Review is an AI-assisted, directional review of submitted strategic plan materials. It is designed to help identify how clearly a submitted plan translates into execution through priorities, outcomes, ownership, updates, risks, dependencies, and leadership-ready reporting.
The review is not a judgment on the quality of the strategy itself. It is not a strategy audit, legal advice, financial advice, compliance review, procurement recommendation, or complete assessment of an organization's internal execution maturity.
The review is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a final decision-making document without human review.
Submitted Materials
By submitting materials, you confirm that you are authorized to share them with Elate for purposes of generating the review and related follow-up.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, personal, or third-party information unless you have permission to do so.
Submitted materials may include uploaded files, public plan links, organization information, contact information, and any optional context you provide.
Elate may decline, block, remove, or choose not to process submissions that appear unauthorized, abusive, malicious, unsafe, unrelated to the purpose of the review, or otherwise inappropriate.
How Submitted Information Is Used
Elate uses submitted materials to generate your Strategic Plan Activation Review, prepare related follow-up, support internal review, and understand whether Elate may be relevant to your organization's strategy execution needs.
Elate will not use submitted strategic plan materials to train Elate models.
Elate will not use submitted strategic plan materials to benchmark your organization against other organizations.
Elate will not sell submitted strategic plan materials.
Elate will not intentionally opt submitted strategic plan materials into third-party AI model training.
Submitted materials and generated outputs may be processed by Elate's AI, hosting, CRM, file storage, analytics, security, and workflow service providers solely to generate, store, route, review, secure, and support the Strategic Plan Activation Review and related follow-up.
AI-Assisted Output
The review may contain AI-generated analysis. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or may not fully reflect internal execution details that are not visible in the submitted materials.
The review should be treated as directional and informational. It should not be relied on as a final decision-making document without human review.
Elate may review submitted materials and AI-generated outputs before follow-up.
Public Plans and Internal Execution Detail
Many organizations maintain additional internal materials such as owners, dashboards, KPIs, risks, workstreams, reporting cadences, and operating rhythms that may not appear in a public-facing plan.
Where those details are not visible in the submitted materials, the review may identify them as activation opportunities. This does not mean those details do not exist internally.
Follow-Up
Elate may contact the submitter about the review, related questions, or whether Elate may be helpful.
A working session, demo, or follow-up conversation is optional. The full review is not gated behind a sales conversation.
You may opt out of marketing communications as described in Elate's Privacy Policy or email preferences.
File Handling and Storage
Elate may store submitted information, generated review outputs, and related PDF reports in its internal systems, including CRM and file storage systems, for review, follow-up, support, recordkeeping, analytics, and security purposes.
Generated review PDFs may be attached to internal Elate CRM records so the Elate team can review and send them manually.
Elate may retain submitted materials and generated outputs for a reasonable period unless deletion is required by applicable law, an applicable agreement, or Elate's internal retention practices.
Security and Abuse Prevention
Elate may use reasonable technical controls to protect the review workflow, including file type restrictions, upload size limits, rate limiting, spam prevention, malware or security checks, and other abuse-prevention measures.
No website, upload workflow, AI system, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Elate may suspend, block, or reject submissions that appear to interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or intended use of the review workflow.
No Guarantee of Results
The Strategic Plan Activation Review is provided for informational purposes only.
Elate does not guarantee that the review will identify every relevant activation opportunity, accurately represent all aspects of your organization's strategy execution maturity, or produce a particular business, operational, financial, strategic, or procurement outcome.
Relationship to Other Elate Terms
These terms apply specifically to the Strategic Plan Activation Review. Elate's Privacy Policy, website terms, product terms, order forms, data processing terms, or other agreements may also apply depending on your relationship with Elate and how you use Elate's website, products, or services.
If there is a conflict between these terms and a separately executed agreement between your organization and Elate, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
Updates
Elate may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
