Announcing Season Three of Aspiring Ops & On Deck Partnership

When we launched Aspiring Ops a year ago, we did so with one goal in mind: provide aspiring Strategy & Operations Leaders with direction, advice, and guidance on their journey to becoming great leaders.

From our founding team’s own experience, we knew firsthand how hard it was to navigate the career path into strategy and operations. Unlike other departments, the path isn’t as straightforward as individual contributor to Manager to Director and so on. In fact, from meeting with countless individuals in the Chief of Staff, COO, and other operations roles, we found that the journey into strategy and operations is unique for everyone. No two stories are the same.

So with that in mind, we hoped that Aspiring Ops could serve as a series to unite us around a common purpose, to amplify the voices of world-class Strategy & Operations Leaders as they share their personal stories and provide practical steps we can all take to help scale our companies and ourselves as leaders.

Over the first two seasons of the podcast, we were fortunate enough to meet with incredible leaders from companies like Calendly, Yext, Lessonly, and so many others.

So today, we wanted to officially announce the launch of Season Three of Aspiring Ops, which will be filled with even more world class Strategy & Operations leaders from around the world.

But that’s not all…

On Deck & Elate Partnership

We’re also excited to announce that for the first time, Aspiring Ops will be powered by our partner, On Deck, the place top talent and ambitious builders go to accelerate their ideas and careers, empowered by a world-class community of their peers.

As Aspiring Ops continues to grow and evolve, we didn’t want to lose sight of our original vision and audience for the podcast. Which is why we are so grateful for the opportunity to work with On Deck, and the On Deck Chief of Staff Fellowship to help build a community for driven Chiefs of Staff who want to empower their principals and teams through professional development and access to a trusted peer network.

The On Deck Chief of Staff Fellowship currently supports 200+ ambitious Chiefs of Staff who’ve benefited from the program since it first launched in January. To join the next cohort, check out beondeck.com/cos to join the waitlist and be notified about when you can apply for the next cohort!

As we set out on Season Three, we are grateful for the opportunity to share the stories of Strategy & Operations leaders everywhere, and hope that we continue to provide a source of direction, advice, and guidance for all those aspiring leaders.
